• ​Shipments for purchased items will be send out via Singpost SmartPac (Singapore), DHL Global Mail (International) or other equivalent services. Tracking numbers shall be provided once products are shipped;

• We strive to send out all completed orders within 2 working days. Delivery times are typically 2-3 working day within Singapore and 7-30 days internationally, from shipment date;

• For "Pick-up in Store" option, Items are ready for collection at our only outlet from next working weekday (Monday-Friday) between 11am and 7pm (avoid 2-3pm). Please remember to bring along proof of identity/ transaction.

• We do not charge any VAT/ Customs Duties on International shipments.  We cannot provide information on any chargeable VAT/ Customs Duties and other incidental charges when packages reach foreign countries. For further information on local custom clearance, please reach out to the local Custom and Post Office.
